Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

This is only possible if your order has not been competed or despatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help you as much as we can.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our products are carefully packed to withstand their journey in the post and we are confident they will arrive with you in perfect condition.  In the event that your order does arrive damaged please don’t worry.  We guarantee we will immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate.

What if I am not happy with my order?

You can order in complete confidence if you are not 100% happy with your order or we miss an important delivery date, then we guarantee we will immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate.  Please contact us – we are here to help.

Where should I store my chocolate?

Our chocolates are best stored in a cool, dark place, ideally between 10-20 degrees celsius.

Our chocolates can also be stored in the fridge, but the appearance of them may change and chocolate may develop what is called ‘bloom’. They are still perfectly safe to eat, they just won’t look as shiny and beautiful as they were!

The same thing will happen if stored at a warm temperature and then allowed to cool again.

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes we now have a function available at checkout where you can select to add more addresses to your order and get them posted out to different locations all through the one order.
